Open Data Meetup. Policy issues: What changes when data opens?

The event is dedicated to open data and especially the societal impact of open data.  The speakers will present a variety of macro level perspectives on open data. There will be speeches on how open data is changing the citizen participation, activism, journalism and business. After the presentations we’ll have an open Q&A session with the speakers.
