The Aalto University School of Economics is the largest and leading business school in Finland and a globally acknowledged player in management education. We previously operated under the name of Helsinki School of Economics HSE.

These are the fundamental characteristics of the Aalto University School of Economics academic program at the Mikkeli Campus. The program focuses on the study of international business at the Bachelor's degree level (BScBA).

The Mikkeli program – taught entirely in English – is international in every respect. The faculty is highly international, coming from many different parts of the world. Students also come from around the globe, including foreign degree students and international exchange students. In addition, many of the Finnish students in Mikkeli have considerable international experience.
