Academic Program, Mikkeli Campus

The Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration (BScBA) is designed to produce graduates who are successful in international business and in advanced academic studies. The major offered in the program is International Business. To receive the BScBA degree, a student must be matriculated and satisfactorily complete 180 credits. The BScBA degree can be obtained in three years.

The academic structure of the BScBA degree program differs significantly from that of other university programs in Finland and elsewhere in Europe. Courses are offered in three-week modules, meeting three hours a day, five days a week. All students working towards the BScBA degree at the Aalto University School of Economics in Mikkeli are expected to spend a semester in a foreign university.
