Community
The BScBA Program collaborates with stakeholders in local community on many levels. In many cases teaching is organized so that students can participate in real business situations with companies by carrying out short-term projects and research or writing Bachelor’s theses for companies.
The program also participates in many development projects with local companies, the members of the Mikkeli University Consortium and Mikkeli Campus exchange partners. For example, students have conducted a customer satisfaction survey at the Akseli shopping center and have carried out projects for the City of Mikkeli (marketing) and for MISET, the regional development agency (entrepreneurship).
